2010 Events
The 2010 Concert in the Park
Last summer CPF and Needs of Dubois put on a joint concert in the Dubois Town Park.
The Bacon Brothers (Michael and Kevin) were the band.

In 2010 CPF hosted three Ranch Camps for veterans and gold star families. This was an opportunity to relax and enjoy breathtaking scenery, outdoor activities, and to connect with those on a parallel journey. Ranch Camps are planned again for 2011.

2009 Events:
CPF is assisting veterans with continuing education. Vets may contact us at the Foundation office, M-F 9-12 and 1-4, via email, or download, fill out the assistance application on this Web site and mail to CPF, Box 1715, Dubois, Wyoming 82513. In addition, CPF assists with the cost of fuel, meals and transportation (to and from medical treatment/or to our Ranch Weeks).

In 2009 the Chance Phelps Foundation/Gretchen Mack became the “Ambassador of Hope” for the state of Wyoming by working closely with another organization called Hope for the Warriors, one of the many resources CPF uses to find potential applicants for our programs.

The Chance Phelps Foundation also works with the local VFW, Ladies Auxiliary, and Veterans Affairs for information and resources that may lead us to veterans in need of assistance. One of CPF’s goals is to become involved with both the Shoshone and Arapaho Indian tribes to work with the Wind River Indian Reservation veterans.
